CHRA’s director Tania El Khoury curated a program at Abrons Art Center, NYC, taking place Thursday, November 21 at 6 pm. The program is part of Kinstillatory Mappings in Light and Dark Matter series, hosted by Kai Recollet and our Talk Series contributor Emily Johnson, and is the last Kinstillatory Fire of 2024. “An evening of radical listening to readings, dream sharing, and collective mourning,” the program offers a space to come together with artists from Palestine and Lebanon to meditate on the losses witnessed from afar and “commune in our grief and our celebration of lives that resist erasure.”
The program features readings and presentations by Raneem Ayyad (CHRA ‘24), Leil Zahra Mortada (CHRA ‘25), and novelist and journalist Ibtisam Azem.
